    • No, you will have to go to another firm for this service. Our insurance cover does not allow us to hire our fleet to any third party.

  • Do you provide insurance for my move?

    • Yes. For a fee (contact us for a quote), we will provide insurance cover for your move. We are covered under a policy underwritten by Hibernian Direct Insurance Company.

  • Are there any customs restrictions between Ireland and the UK?

  • How much do you charge for packing materials?

    • The packing boxes we provide are free of charge, provided you use our moving service. See our PACKING page for more information.

    Payments
  • When is the payment for my move due to you?

    • This depends on your method of payment. If you are paying by cheque, you must send us your payment at least 10 days in advance, giving adequate time for the payment to clear. If you are paying us in cash, you can pay us on the day of the move.

  • Do I have to pay for storage in advance?

    • Yes, you have to pay for at least one quarter in advance. We would prefer if you would set up a Standing Order with your bank for the appropriate period. This will ensure you do not miss a payment. Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to do this.
